Beetroot Brownie

I wanted to try baking a vegan cake and I like beetroot.

I don’t know what I did wrong but they came out terrible. They tasted like wood, had no flavour and wasn’t sweet. It is now a bit of a joke how bad they came out but think I’ll stick to chocolate brownies.
